On the occasion of the Paris InfraWeek 2018, McKinsey's Global Infrastructure Initiative hosted a round table on the theme "Reinventing the construction and infrastructure sector in France."
Drawing on recent research McKinsey Global Institute, the discussions focused on the digital revolution of construction, as well as collaborative contracting structures that can boost the productivity of the sector. During the morning, we addressed the issues specific to the French market for all categories of players and explored the paths for the sector to return to growth and a more sustained performance.
